Machine Description:

This machine will give a high-quality, clean cut from peeled products.  Cut sizes available, 5.5mm to 15mm, and 4, 6, and 8 wedge segments.  The product to be cut is placed in the chamber.  Whilst closing the lid, the product is pushed through a knife block by a pneumatic piston.  The lid is then manually opened and the chamber re-loaded with product.  The ram will only operate when the lid over the product chamber is closed.

Cutter heads are easily detachable from the machine making changes of cut size and cleaning very easy and without the use of any tools.  Manufactured from stainless steel, aluminium, and high-density polyurethane.
