Utilising highest quality components this machine is designed and manufactured in Australia to cut cabbage heads into segments quickly, safely and economically.  The operator positions a cabbage on the cutting grid and pushes the start button which will activate the sliding safety door/s down which have safety interlocks fitted.  When doors are closed the pneumatic cylinder will push the cabbage down through the knife grid. The cut segments will then fall through onto the discharge elevator up and onto the next process.  The Segmenter is a self- Supporting smooth, quiet running design constructed from stainless steel and food-grade plastic components with a glass beaded finish.  The easy-to-remove cutting grid is available in 2, 4, or 6 segments.
