VIBRATORY SETTLING TABLE

Specifications:

Capacity – 1 operator x 1 Box / Crate at a time depending on
product and production line design.
Function – To settle product in a box or crate utilizing the
vibrational forces via airbag technology. Usually situated at the
end of a production line conveyor or vibratory feeder.
Product Settled – Various salads and vegetables. E.g. Baby
Leaf,Lettuces,Herb’s,cabbage,bean,carrot,diced or cut, etc.)
Specification – Constructed from 304 Grade Stainless Steel and
food grade plastic components.
Components – Festo pneumatics, Uras Vibro motors
Requirements – 3phase neutral power & 3 bar of compressed air

Consisting of:

A heavy-duty flat tabletop, housed in a chassis construction complete with gusseting and mounting with pneumatic airbag isolating springs, powered by 2 x offset weighted motors. Comes complete with its own self-supporting frame on height & levelling adjustable feet. Often equipped with adjustable side guide rails to steady the box or crate whilst filling and settling. The airbags are controlled via an inflation manifold with a gauge to enable the user to adjust the hardness of the
isolation that affects the settling action, sometimes softer for some products and harder for others. The settling table comes standard with an on /off push button and isolation switch linked through with a 5metre lead and plug end from the locally mounted electrical cabinet.
There are many variations of table sizes available, as well as side tables or gravity roller arrangements.
